Refund / Cancellation Policy

Contact us via E-mail or Phone before returning any item.
In most cases, we can help you configure and setup an item that may at first appear defective. Non defective returns received in new condition, in the original clean packing and with all product documentation within 30 days of customer receipt, will be accepted for return. Either an E-mail authorizing the return or a letter stating our authorization code must be included with the return. Items returned in good order incur no restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Any item returned in a defective state will incur additional delays and shipping charges to the manufacturer.
Returns must go to the Shipping/Returns address listed on the Contact Us page of the web site unless you are directed to send it elsewhere. Any item returned without a Return Authorization will face a delay in being credited for the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued either to the credit card used for the purchase, PayPal for Pay Pal orders or by a refund check mailed within 10 days of our receipt of the item.
Goods shipped to the address entered by the customer on the order form, but refused or returned, will incur the actual shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
All US Orders ship via USPS or United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. We prefer to ship VoicePower orders via USPS. It's cheaper, usually faster and easier for us! Overseas orders have the option of UPS WorldWide Express or the less expensive USPS Express Mail International. Before choosing Express Mail International be advised, VoiceTeach will only be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items using Express Mail International to a maximum of $100.00. Express Mail International order shipments may be delayed up to 48 hours as they incur additional paperwork.
Note: VoiceTeach is a software development and training/customization company and cannot guarantee quick processing of your orders. We will make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours but we can only guarantee that they will ship within 72 hours. Before you place a rush order, please email or call us to confirm that we can meet your requirements.
SHIPPING COST:
Rates are calculated on the weight of the items you place in the shopping cart, the shipping destination and the choice of shipping method. We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods that do not compromise delivery. VoiceTeach is not responsible for Taxes, Duties or any other charges beyond its control.
TRACKING:
A tracking number will be E-mailed directly from USPS or other delivery service at the time of shipment. The official notice with the tracking # is the only valid notification of shipment.
No Invoice or packing slip will be included in the box. An Invoice is E-mailed within 24 hours of order receipt.
