Customized Training and Support Package

Some individuals pick up speech-recognition in a few days just by using VoicePower. Others need one-on-one help to integrate new skills. Similarly, Dragon NaturallySpeaking works wonderfully out-of-the-box with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook, but, software customization may be needed with less commonly used programs or terminal emulator software. In addition, customizing Dragon NaturallySpeaking to simplify repetitive tasks can increase employee productivity over keyboard/mouse work.

This package adapts training to maximize success for individual employees and job duties. Employees who learn quickly use VoicePower to self teach and reinforce command retention. Other employees receive more one-on-one training and are held accountable for studying and completing assigned tasks.

The VoicePower Virtual Training System -- Six Steps to Success

1. Installation, setup and introductory VoicePower training in speech recognition.
2. Client studies VoicePower, typically three hours a day for 3 or 4 days.
3. VoiceTeach Trainer conducts a follow-up one or two hour internet training, assessment and question & answer session. Management notified of any problems.
4. Client starts using speech recognition on the job, taking advantage of VoicePower's 'learn by doing' technology as they work.
5. VoiceTeach Trainer conducts a second one or two hour internet training session /assessment. Management notified of any problems.
